We're having some round eye steak cooked slowly in the oven. Sauteed some onions, baby bellas and finely chopped bell pepper in garlic olive oil and a splash of red wine, made a gravy out of the juices of all this and some beef stock concentrate and baking steak in oven.
I'm having mine with cauliflower "mash"

what are you having??

Our big dinner was last night. We had  brisket slow cooked for 4 1/2 hours with an onion salt, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper rub, green beans and corn, stir fried asparagus tips with mushrooms, baby red potatoes and for dessert, pumpkin cheesecake.

Not a banner night at my house.  My husband and son are both out at a football game, so I'm here alone.  I'm having a scoop of egg salad with a few whole wheat crackers, and a side of marinated olives.

Will probably do a protein (decaf) coffee a little later and watch a movie.

Didn't want Brok's pizza! I wanted real crust damnit. Haven't had it for over 6 months. I found a WW thin crust at Walmart. It comes in a twin pack. Drizzled olive oil on crust, put on pizza sauce, covered it in pepproni and canidian bacon, onions, red and green bell peppers, smothered it in fresh mushrooms and drowned it in Mozrella cheese! Served with a huge helping of FullFat sour cream!! This just made my week as I called every pizza joint in town yesterday looking for WW crust. Woke up at 4 am thinking of Pizza. Love that I found this crust. Then I finished it off with my Pistachio Ricotta Fluff!! I'm in heaven tonight, and GAS FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I put in in another post started by me. A twist on Ricotta Fluff, or something like that. It's just a small full fat ricotta fluff. Mix in Sugar Free pistachio pudding mix, mix in some whole milk or heavy whipping cream to desired consistancy, I like mine like soft serve. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts or pecans and top with extra creamy whipped cream. Delish!!

Hey Ruby,
That sounds good.  How many carbs are in the Weigh****chers crust?  I've never seen it at the store, but now I'll be keeping my eye out.

I so gotta start typing out my words. WW is Whole Wheat. White flour does me in! Not sure. Didn't eat enough of it to hurt. Just wanted a couple small slices. Sorry for the confusion!
