B-4 slices microwave bacon & fried egg
S-walnuts
L-3/4 pound sauteed shrimp in bacon, garlic and butter
S-the 1/4 pound of leftover shrimp
D-beans and kielbasa...eh, few bites of each, didn't feel well...I think sometimes the TPN makes me a bit nauseous after I hook up
S-ruby red grapefruit sections

12 hr TPN same as day before, supplementing K

I usually don't eat as much fat as a good majority of DS'ers because it does set me up for the toilet, but today I was craving it. I do almost prefer the new microwave turkey bacon over regular most days. The only reason there's not any protein shakes in my diet currently is that I am getting 150 in TPN, but I am actually craving some of them. I am about to go order some more sugar free syrups, I really like strawberry shake mix with sf peach syrup and a splash of vanilla. I was thinking about getting some warmer flavors for winter.

I've been looking at SF syrups too. Thinking about peppermint to add to hot protein chocolate. Bites look great. I hope the TPN will bring you back up to snuff soon.

Hey there! I'm still hanging in there. All is well and I hope you're doing well too.

Protein Coffee

1 - 20 oz shaker cup with wire ball
4 to 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2, water, or milk
1 to 1 1/2 scoops of IDS Vanilla-Cinnamon protein powder (Champion Nutrition Chocolate, Nectar Cappuccino or chocolate, etc.)
{shake} until blended
Pour into a large mug
Add 9 to 10 oz of hot brewed coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine)
{stir}
 
Add hot liquid to cold liquid to avoid lumps. Keep the protein slurry below 160 degrees.
