Hi Gina and friends,
Another day at the hospital, did ok I think. Having one of those days where everything sounds great til I try and eat it.
S- protein drink
S- Coffee w/ halfnhalf
B- Cheese cubes, salami, string cheese, almonds
S- protein drink, 6 orange peanut m&ms, my 4 yr old nephew doesn't eat them so he gave them to me..
L-el pollo loco chicken salad, iced tea
S- protein drink
D- 1sl. sourdough toast, 4 sl.roast beef, 2 sl. swiss cheese microwaved (hospital cafe creation)
S- shake cake w/ caramel syrup
