I had a better eating day today. Still not Aunt Flo and still feeling like a big cow.

B - coffee / half and half
B - Slice of Broks Pizza
   - Coffee with half and half
L - BLT with american cheese salad
S - Celery sticks with cream cheese
    - Coffee w/ half and half
D - 1 Cup (uncooked - 2 servings 10 carb grams) Dreamfields Pasta, Chicken breast lightly floured and sauteed in oil and butter, Bertolli Garlic Alfredo Sauce.

Vites:
Morning Batch Done
Iron - Done
Calcium - 1 batch done, 2 more to go.

No exercise.

Kudos to you, Gina, for your service to our country.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: almonds
S: Adkins protein bar
L: (very late) egg salad, CS fudge bar, salami
D: taco salad with cheese, tomato,onion, cilantro
S: ?????

V: Done
F: More than enough
E: Same old walking at work. A year ago I would not have been able to do all this walking. Made it up the gym stairs without assistance last night.

Excuse my ignorance, but is the vites/bites and excites open to anyone who wishes to write their daily food intake, as a way to be accountable to oneself and share with the board? Just curious?

Hi Gina and friends,
   Another day at the hospital, did ok I think. Having one of those days where everything sounds great til I try and eat it.

S- protein drink
S- Coffee w/ halfnhalf
B- Cheese cubes, salami, string cheese, almonds
S- protein drink, 6 orange peanut m&ms, my 4 yr old nephew doesn't eat them so he gave them to me..
L-el pollo loco chicken salad, iced tea
S- protein drink
D- 1sl. sourdough toast, 4 sl.roast beef, 2 sl. swiss cheese microwaved (hospital cafe creation)
S- shake cake w/ caramel syrup

Vites: all in but bedtime batch
Fluids: Check all in
Exer.. nada
