My shifting was definitely helped by plastics :)
But yes, I know what you mean.  I still feel the same as I did at one year out.  The change shocked me.

 Thanks Sabrina,
When I  was one year out I was so curious about what weight loss was like during the second year.  It definitely happens, just slower so I dont think it's so noticable day to day.  The pictures shocked even me.

I love these posts too as I sit here 6 days post op.....feeling blah, having thrush and wanting to just go home already.  Can't sleep good yet, eating/drinking is a chore yet my head "wants too" so I sit here perusing posts and I love these!  thanks!

Gosh, Joanne, I really needed to hear this. thanks for your post! I just had my one year and it feels like, bam! Break**** and weight loss.. is.... s l o w .
I am losing about a pound a month. Like you, I am happy where I am, met my inital goal and all but after getting here was like "why not try to lose another ten?!" Well, its good to know that it may and probably will take me longer to lose the last ten than the 123 I have already lost. But thanks for the help and you look awesome! Congrats on all your success!
