Starbucks -whipped cream has sugar
I was sitting at the drive through window the other day at our local starbucks and watched the staff fill the silver cannisters they use for whipped cream......before they put the heavy cream in there they put at least 6 pumps of simple syrup in.....I had no idea there was sugar in the whip!!
My current fav is the sf peppermint mocha, anyone know how many carbs a grande breve would have??
btw - I made the protein peppermint mocha the other day that someone posted here, using brewed coffee, choc protein powder, sf peppermint and a splash of heavy cream...very yunmy

I'm not losing sleep over it or getting bent out of shape with 2g's sugar but my point is that it is a "hidden" sugar that I think most if us were not aware was there.
