Hello my friends. Have you missed me? I have missed you. My computer burned up and I have to wail a week or two to buy another. Had to beg my son to give me a little time on his. He wants $5 buck = Ha Ha (not a chance)
So I'll check in when I can but I'm tracking my foods with a regular pencil and paper. I've lost 9 lbs. since my last post.
BITES Today:
B - protein coffee
S - none
L - chicken broth protein (I love this product from Unjury)
S - chicken strip from Chic-fil-a
D - beef packed thick chili with Fage and cheese mixed in
S - Fage yogurt with cheese cake pudding mix
Vites:
All done
Water:: All good :-)
EXERCITES:
cleaned out large and neglected closet. I put largest sized up front and next size after that and so forth and so on. As I lose out of something out it goes. This was a lot of work for me. (It's taken me 4 days) I feel great !!!!
