I could have eaten my way through every single carb in my house today. Everyday I hope that I will get my period so I can stop with this PMSbloatingmyboobshurtIwannaeateverythingthereisinthehouse bologna.
BITES:
B - coffee w/cream
- egg and ricotta omelet with ham, sausage, onion, cheese,
L - the inside of 3 small stuffed peppers (hamburger & bison with some rice) and a couple spoonfuls of ricotta cheese
S - Creamsicle protein drink
- 2 oz. of vanilla almond granola (a bit carby at 30 grams by I needed something sweet
- 2 handfuls of bitter sweet choc. morsels
- 1/2 cup (unpopped) popcorn w/butter
D - 2 Cheeseburger sans the bun with onions and a couple of fried eggs
S - Ham, cheese and a couple thin slices of apple wrapped in lettuce (pending)
VITES:

EXERCITES:
Nothing.

That peppermint mocha sounds wonderful, Gina, I may have to splurge and try it.
Ate a few ties of lunch today and.....whoops....stopped. Spent the afternoon in clinic totally miserable then somehow got home before upchucking. Hate this. Have my upper GI scheduled for Tuesday.
B: bacon, double protein shake
S: doing protein shake in car on the way to work
S: 3 bites of homemade pumpkin bar (was fantastic!)
S: baby bell cheese
L: a couple bites of beef and veggie soup.....not going to count it though.
D: small piece of Brok's pizza
V: behind.
F: behind but drinking. Couldn't drink all afternoon.
E: just the same heavy duty walking.

B - protein coffee made with heavy cream, 1/2 cup Fage (38 grams protein)
L - small bowl of spagetti with lots of cheese & meatballs, Julian bread with tons of butter.
Also had the rest of my morning double protein shake. (53 g.)
S - Adkins Endulge peanut butter cookie, couple of pieces of crystalized ginger with sugar mostly picked off, Double protein shake mixed into hot tea. (51 g.)
D - (pending) ??? some type of animal flesh and 'cheesecake' Fage for dessert (expect 30 g.)
S2 - (pending) Babybel cheese (5 g.)
Bedtime - Syntrax nectar (23 g)
Totals - protein around 200, carbs around 80
VITES: 3 batches down, bedtime batch & proferrin pending.
EXERCITES: 15 minute walk, have to do some housework & laundry tonight.
HW - 283 SW - 257.5 Goal - 156

I'm still 'honeymooning' and my DS was my only bariatric surgery so I should be able to do something to move the scale. I'm wondering if my longer common channel is to blame.
I hope I'm not done losing at 10 months out.

Good evening Ladies.
Got a little creative at hospital cafeteria, they have lunchmeat and good bread in the salad bar :) I forgot to put Ice pack in my feedbag.. by the time I realized everything was out of temp :( my son said his lunch was nice and cold because he 2 icepacks..lol
S- protein drink
S-string cheese
B- Coffee w/ half n half, 1 hard boiled egg,and handful of almonds
S- Slimjim and a protein drink
L- 1 sl. of wg bread toasted, 2 thick slices of turkey, 2 slices of swiss, mayo, mustard and pickles...toasted bread and microwaved turkey and cheese...YUM!
S- 1 sl. broks pizza with pepperoni and sausage
D- Taco salad,3/4 c turkey taco meat, shredded cheese, lettuce, salsa, and ranch dressing
S- will be shake cake :)
Vites: all in but bedtime dose
Fluids: will try and squeeze an extra bottle of water in before bed, It has been cold so I keep drinking coffee or chai tea.
Exercise: not today...
