How many of Vitalady's Superior Source Vitamin K 100 mcg Microlingual should I take to equal one of her Tender Dry K1-1000?

The simple math is 10, however; since you are absorbing mucosally with the the sublingual as opposed to intestinally, you might take less of the sublingual.

Since the sublinguals bypass our gut, and therefore our malabsorbtion, wouldn't normie amounts apply here? Unless you are playing catch up, of course.

I would still take the 10, sorry.

We can't guess how much you'll get if you use them as a lozenge. If you were running way high, we'd worry, but if you're taking only a single 1000, I'm not worried about you.
