Going UP!!!!
This is such a great tool, and it's so easy to get sloppy with nutrition, even when you think you're doing something good for yourself. The kashi I use (original, in the red box) has 13g of protein, 30g carbs per serving, and the protein factor is why I chose it as a cold breakfast cereal. It's lower carb than most, but these are whole grains as opposed to the crap they put in most cold cereals. I remember when you could only buy this cereal in health food stores, and that's how long I've been using it. Since Kellogg's bought the company that makes it, I'm sure there have been some formula changes to cheapen production.
