B - coffee w/cream
  - egg omlet with ham, sausage, onion, cheese
L - 1 slice of Brok's pizza
S - Creamsicle protein drink
  - Couple bites of cooked white rice
S - Lettuce wrapped egg salad
D - The inside of 3 very small stuffed baby bell peppers. I don't eat the pepper because I don't like them.
  - 2 boiled potatoes with butter.
S - pending - maybe popcorn

VITES:

Morning batch - done
Iron - done
Calcium batches - done

EXERCITES:

Nothing.

LOL. I really do get enough protein without it, but today I ended up eating much earlier than normal. As such I was really hungry around 4 after a three and a half hour break from eating. It was too early to eat dinner and I didn't want to eat junk so a protein drink it was. Actually it was pretty tasty. I added two protein powders and made an orange creamsicle!

Gail, I had a sample of some orangeade protein powder. I added about half the packet to a scoop of IDS vanilla cinnamon (reg vanilla would have worked just as well too) and added milk and shook it up.  I have about 1/2 a package left for another one and then after that I'm thinking that I have orange crystal light that would work as well and I'll try that!  I'm thinking too I have Jay Robb Strawberry Whey powder and that mixed with a little orange and the vanilla cinnamon might make a nice smoothie. I'm gonna dig out my blender today and throw some ice in it and give it a whirl. :)

Thanks, Maddie. A couple of years ago I used to make protein shakes with diet Tang, but can't get it anymore.

Hi Gina and everyone,
Weird stuff here. In the last 24 hours we've had tornados, torrential rains, flash floods and another earthquake. The quake hit a little before last night and quite noticeable. On the good side...no tsunamis or volcanos...yet.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
S: sausage patty
L: cottage cheese, green olives
S: baby bell cheese, Adkins protein bar
D: bacon, double protein shake (DH not hone and nothing sounded good)
S: ?????

Vites: all done. Fluids: o ER 80 oz and still drinking
Exercites: just walking at work. I would have not been able to do all this walking a year ago.

Gina, Dr. K had his nurse email me the upper GI order yesterday and I passed it on to my PCP's nurse with an explanation. Hopefully I'll get it over soon. He said once he reviews the fil s we'll discuss the scope, I'll keep you posted. O actually think I'm just being a wimpy baby, but we'll see.

What deity did you guys tick off in OK? You might not want to mention volcanoes
and tsunamis out loud.

 Today I was hungry and was able to eat a little
2 double protein shakes
Half of a rib eye
A little bit of spaghetti 
A lot of lemonade


I am doing a little better each day is a plus.
