Celebrate Iron + vitamin C

I know there are different types of iron, but can anyone tell me which kind is Celebrate and how much I should be taking?  The bottle only says 1 tablet a day (eek!!), which I'm sure is not even close to enough.

The label on the bottle says:

Serving size - 1 tablet
Iron (as coated ferrous fumerate)   30 mg

The label also states how many carbs and calories and etc. but I am most concerned about the iron.
