Hi Gina and everyone,
I returned a coup,e of shirts to Kohl's today because they were too big.....never thought that would ever happen.
Haven't been too interested in cooking today.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: turkey and Swiss on WW thin bun, tomatoes, avacado, CS fudge bar
S: almonds
S: protein coffee
D: Bacon, double protein shake
S: probably nothing

Vites: all done. Fluids: more than 100 oz.
Exercites: housework, grocery shopping, laundry: square dance tonight.

When I was asked for the reason for the return, I wondered whether the clerk would question it.....but not even a weird look. I still feel like the BIG girl and this is all pretty weird, but I'm not complaining.

It really paid off, because the scale was back down where it was supposed to be.

today was a bottomless pitt day.  i have no idea were all this food fit.  ate more carbs and the room now smells like it.  heehee.  ut oh. 

double protein coffee
6 slices of bacon
1/2 slab of ribs
4 slices of brisket  (eaten over many hours)
few fries
peanuts
blueberry pop tart toasted w/butter
4 hershey's kisses
8 rolos
pistachios
double protein decaf coffee
more pistachios
shrimp ****tail
can of deviled ham w/tostitos chips
probably one more protein coffee b/4 bed

vites:  all on schedule
fluids:  lost count at 90 oz

I had a great shopping day at a thrift store. I got a boat load of clothes for $30.  I'm hoping to get $25 somewhere so I can get a coat. I had to give my coat to my daughter since mine was too big, fit her and she didn't have a coat. Now, I don't have a coat. Anyway, eating today was ok. Not great.

B - coffee and more coffee w/cream
- 4 eggs, 2 slices of american cheese on an english muffin with butter
L - 4 hotdogs minus the bun with cheese and some ketchup (I really hate hotdogs, but didn't feel like cooking!)
S - 10 saltines with butter and peanut butter
D - 2 slices of Brok's Pizza. It had ricotta cheese, bacon and caramelized onions. I made a huge pizza so I more to nosh on!
S - handful of dried cherries
   - handful of Resee's bits.
   - hot tea with cream

Vites:

Iron - Done
Calcium - done
