I was on Byetta for about 8 years. I did not have any problems at all and like I said I had lost 40 pounds due to taking it. I guess I am lucky I have (had) been diabetic for over 20 years and never had to take insulin.

oh ok that explains it - I should scan in an old picture when I was up to 360 myself! It was in 1985 before I lost 130 on the stomach stapling but I kept a lot of that off along time and at the time of the DS (25 years later!) still had 80 off.
