Not hungry to ravenous....a phase?

I've gone from not real hungry to ravenous? Is this a phase? A signal? Or otherwise? I eat, eat, eat, my protein.

Happens to me several times a month. I usually find it coincides with my period and PMS.

 Yea, it's a phase, so for it's been a phase for a little over 3 years now....

I odn't have cycles and it happens to me all the time. Then I fill up really quickly.

Hey Eloisie, I'm exactly the same as Kerry...I've been like that since surgery. I go from not remotely interested in food to "chew your own leg off" starving in 10 minutes......its always been like that but does get worse at certsin times. I always noticed it more when I was losing, that when i got like this for a few days in a row I was going to drop quite a few pounds.

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

Hi Eloisie and thanks for this post.  I am currently 1 month post op and until yesterday I was barely eating food.  Yesterday I was so hungy and ate like a pig (ex. protein shake - 7am, 9:45am - 1/2 bowl oatmeal, 1pm - 8oz chicken soup, 3pm - chicken caesar salad (1/4 cup), 6pm more salad.  Water in between.  I felt like a bottomless pit.

Thank goodness I am normal.
