Hi Divine_Ambrosia,
We have the same surgeon! Not sure if you know this or not, but there's a DS support group that meets in Raleigh the 2nd Saturday of every month for lunch. You should join us sometime! Feel free to send me a message and I'll give you some links.

Best of luck with your surgery! Our dates are pretty close.
