L - 3 oz chicken breast w/1 oz cheddar a little onion, (28gP) sour cream & teaspoon of salsa  1 corn tortilla (13 CBS)
S - Hand-full of nuts
D - Loads of chicken-Chicken soup (25gP & 24 Cbs)
S - Fage W/SF pie cherry's

Water:  64 oz

VITES:  Forgot all day

EXERCITES:  None

  I feel like I'm in a dream.

Hi Gina and everyone. Still having trouble with protein shakes.

B- fried egg and one sausage link
S- 2 deep fried cheese sticks
L- KFC chicken thigh (about half)
S- about 3 ounces of a protein shake
D- 1/2 patty of salsbury steak

B-eggs over easy, bacon, ww toast
S-Peanuts
L-Hardee's Chicken strips-2
S-Carbmaster strawberry yogurt
S-Pork Cracklings-OMG YUMMMMMMM
S-CarbSmart Icecream
S-Sunflower Kernals
S-String cheese
D-Chicken breast rolled in frenches onions, corn cassarole
S-Peanut butter
S-Popcorn smothered in butter

Vites-day 2 vite fast for labs. I know, extreme but I gotta do something my surgeon says. Can't wait to get back on my calcium and iron. My aching ass!!
