Whatcha cookin' ?
Not cooking tonight, because I've an awful chest cold, my husband is working late, and I'm struggling with not having much of an appetite. This weekend though? Some curried crockpot chicken thighs, split pea soup (I have a righteous soup bone in the freezer) and some red wine braised short ribs. I like to cook on the weeknds in order to have leftovers for lunches/dinners during the week.

The easy way.....Skinless chicken thighs in the crock pot, with a jar of Trader Joe's masala sauce, and some chunked potatoes....adding a can of garbanzo beans later on.
