It's not too bad. I want her to fix my hernia so I'm happy to smile and not right now. It's just easier that way. But I do show them my vite schedule happily. The NUT is always concerned but the Surgeon doesn't even blink at it. Funny!

We made buckeyes for the first time a couple of years ago....I need to try a modified recipe too. Hang tough and get you some protein munchies to have on hand.

Gina honey, I had just at an entire half pound bunless bacon cheese burger from crackerbarrel. We decided to look around the store in the resturant. They had buckeyes. We bought a container and I ate 5. They were the best I have ever eaten. I sent the rest home with my cousin. Done with sweets for a while. Believe me, my purse is always full of on the go protein,lol!

Hi all y'all,

Bites: 
B - Protein Coffee (30g)
S - 2 baby scones (__carbs)
L - Protein chicken broth
S - Protein Pumpkin Late (30g)
S - 2 1 inch York Peppermint patty's
D - Chicken Breast w/cheddar melted on top (21g)
S - rest of my chicken breast (7g)
S - Fage yogurt w/jello's SF cheesecake mix and SF pie cherry's (20g)

Water:  34 oz so far, working on another 16 oz bottle

VITES:  am -  done
              mid am - done
              mid afternoon - done
              evening - not yet

no EXERCITES : (  (DOES WATCHING BASEBALL COUNT?)
  I feel like I'm in a dream.

If you can watch baseball and jump up and down or even just bounce every few minutes it counts...watching baseball just puts me to sleep. lol  

Step away from the carby stuff, all they want is more carby friends to go with them.
