Low Carb Bread

 I eat it daily. I eat all the low carb ones, including the raisin and sourdough. They all taste similar to me, and I melt so much butter on it they all taste like melted butter anyway.

I ordered a bunch and eventually figured out that it still gave me a lot of gas so I discontinued it. It was a bit pricey too.
 
I do have an occasion piece of sourdough toast with lots of butter and I think I fare better with that!
 
I dont count my carbs but I try to hold them down. Some days are better than others. I still seem to keep losing unless I add in sugar so I have learned I just can't do that  much at all unless I want to gain! I am at 10 months so that was scarey to gain a few after a few days of minldessly endulging in sweets!
