I love it. I go through cycles with it though. I will make it for weeks at a time and then get tired of it and not make it for weeks. I have to be careful with it though because it really makes my malabsorption work overtime and I end up pooping copious amounts and usually have slicks.

Hubby really likes it too, but he cannot have it as he has a heart condition. Bad for him...MORE for me!!

Ok, got a HUGE surprise this morning when I stepped on the scale. 166 baby!  I had been feeling like I had lost some weight, but the scale was being stubborn. I kept saying WOW WOW WOW this morning.  Six more pounds to go to my maintenance weight.

Had a mostly good day. Got way too hungry this afternoon so that threw me off a bit and I ended up eating a whole lot of popcorn.

B - 2 large mugs of coffee with half and half and heavy cream
B - eggs over easy on a swiss cheese crisp
L - 2 swiss cheese vegan tofu burgers with lettuce, sauteed onions, and mayo (cut up in a bowl. OMG, delish!) 
S - a huge bowl of popcorn with lots of butter

D - Roasted pork loin with apple pie filling, 
S - 10 to 12 Milk Duds. (I know...I'm bad)

Vites:
Morning - Done
Iron - Done
Calcium - 3 out of 4 batches done. Not likely to get to the last batch since I just too a batch 30 minutes ago and I'm heading for bed in a few minutes.

Exercise:
Grocery shopping, hauling the groceries up the steps, putting the things away, lots of laundry. The chores never end do they?

30 minutes between calcium batches is probably fine, especially if you've eaten a snack in between. No worries.

Bites:
B - 3 strips of bacon
B - 2 boiled eggs, whites only
B - double protein shake
L - slice of meatloaf with gravy
L - 1/2 cup roasted parmesan potato's
L - 2 slices of Balsamic BellaVitano Cheese
S - 6 Caramels
S - Cheese Bread

No dinner because I am having a lab drawn in the morning at 6:30 am that I am suppossed to be fasting 12 hours for. (Vit. A  being drawn - it's be way too high). The lab at my hospital showed me all the special things for this lab that I already knew, except for the fasting for 12 hours. She said she looked it a couple different places to see if 6 hours was ok, and all she found was 12 hours. The lab at my PCP's office NEVER had me fast for this one, (nor do I think they light protected it either), so this is why I am switching to my hospital for my lab work!!

Vites:
All in (I am going to bed as soon as I send this!)

Exercites:
Seems like I walked FOREVER at work today, I was running all over, my legs hurt! Plus lots of lifting of patients today! That is my workout! LOL

I have the same instructions about 12 hour vitamin-fast before labs. The vampires told me the light thing with vitamin A was a processing thing more than keeping it in the dark from draw to lab. So, I dunno. Anyway, good luck on your labs.
