That soup sounds wonderful! It's been cold and rainy here all day.
Spent the day shopping and running errands and didn't get tired. That still surprises me.....in a good way. BMI 27". Guess I can't complain.

Being out all day is tough when I get really hungry every 2-3 hours. Any ideas, Gina, I guess I'm concerned about going back to work next week.
I think I would try to find individual wrapped jerky and cheese sticks or cheese rounds until you get into a routine at work. Take extra protein powder with you too. Are your vitamins transportable too/

All Vites in. Starting tomorrow I take NO Vites for three days. Monday I have my 1 year labs drawn and my surgeon says no vites for three days prior.
No exercise. Like I said. Off day. TOM, napped a lot. Just a long assed day.
Yesterday my step daughter was gone for 11 years. I think the stress of yesterday just over took me today. Thanks for listening to me blab!

Interesting about the vitamin-fast. The dietitians I know say not to vitamin-fast much over 12 hours. Idiot medical community can't even agree on simple stuff.
