D - 14 bean soup w/hot Italian sausage and saltines

morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
1 -15 minute walk

Hi Gina and everyone,
That soup sounds wonderful! It's been cold and rainy here all day.
Spent the day shopping and running errands and didn't get tired. That still surprises me.....in a good way. BMI 27". Guess I can't complain.

B: bacon (12), double protein shake (46)
S: salami (7)
S: Adkins protein bar (10)
L: (late). 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey and Swiss (14), 4 giant olives
S: double protein shake (46)
D: ham steak (14), 1/2 sm sweet potato with butter
S: ????

Being out all day is tough when I get really hungry every 2-3 hours. Any ideas, Gina, I guess I'm concerned about going back to work next week.

It was good soup. Might have to make another pot in a week or so.

I think I would try to find individual wrapped jerky and cheese sticks or cheese rounds until you get into a routine at work. Take extra protein powder with you too. Are your vitamins transportable too/

I do my vitamins in a monthly organizer and will just take the daily container in my purse.

Took a cat nap at lunchtime and made it through the afternoon. I'm sitting here falling alseep now though. lol

It's been a long day. I had an "off" kinda day eating wise. Still did good though.

B-2egg, ham and cheese omlet, wwtoast
L-Chili with sour cream and 8 crackers
S-Peanuts
S-CarbSmart Icecream
S- 5 peppermints
S-Beefjerky
D-Chili with sour cream and 8 crackers
S-getting ready to have popcorn with butter
may or may not have peanutbutter tonight

Plenty of fluids
All Vites in. Starting tomorrow I take NO Vites for three days. Monday I have my 1 year labs drawn and my surgeon says no vites for three days prior.
No exercise. Like I said. Off day. TOM, napped a lot. Just a long assed day.
Yesterday my step daughter was gone for 11 years. I think the stress of yesterday just over took me today. Thanks for listening to me blab!

Bites look pretty good, Ruby. Keep up the good work, babeee!

Interesting about the vitamin-fast. The dietitians I know say not to vitamin-fast much over 12 hours. Idiot medical community can't even agree on simple stuff.

Today was a little better:

B - 2 sausage patties
L - 2 ozs cheddar cheese
D - No-Carb Pizza
2 - Unsure yet if I will have one
Drinks - Iced Tea and Water

Vits - Done

Exercise - None

We love Brok's pizza. I usually make it at least once a week. It's the only left over that I can eat and DH likes to take a couple of pieces to work for lunch.
