Sounds like you are doing great there Fran. 

Interesting about putting peanut butter in Tomato soup.  Not something I would have paired together.

Excellent, Fran. Give it some time and perhaps make your protein shakes less dense...might help...everyone's taste buds are a little different.

Hi there guys!

Had a rough day. The carb monster was trying to get me. It's almost the TOM. I did good though.

B-Ham, egg, cheese, ww bagel sandwich
L-King Buffet-4oz catfish, 2chicken drumbettes, 6coconut shrimp, half small bowl egg drop soup, 2 bites cheese cake
S-peanuts
S-Sunflower seeds
D-1small pork loin chop, 1/2 of a teeny loaded baked potato
S-3peanut clusters with carmel, bought six, felt guilty, whipped the rest out the car window. I know, littering but I had to stop!!
S-Popcorn smothered in butter
S-Peanut butter
S-Carbmaster strawberry yogurt
S-Carb Smart Icecream


I lost 2 more lbs!!

posting really late here.  wonky acting computer , a tiny tummy day, and lots of gas.....glad the day is over.  yay for gail's size 14 and maddie's 169 !!!  you rock girls !!!
