***Tuesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
I had a stomach ache today so my eating was off again:
B - Nothing
L - 1.5 chicken tenders (baked in marinade)
D - 1/2 cup of chili
Drinks - Iced tea no sweetener
Vits - None (felt too crappy today to get them down but will start again tomorrow)
Exercise - None
Today was my 7 week anniversary and I'm down 36 lbs, so I'm happy with that.

I hope you're feeling better today. -36 pounds is great! Sounds about like my weight loss the first couple of months. Rock on!

Hello,
Kind of an odd day. I had the day off, so slept in and that messed up my eating for the whole day. I guess I've gotten used to my routine, and when it's off, it's an odd day!
The day started out nice...weighed after my shower and I am down 3 lbs from yesturday! Only 8 to go to get to ONEDERLAND!
B: Double Cookies and Cream Shake (a sample - did not like this!)
B: 2/3 cup cinnamon life cereal with 1% milk
S: Cheese
L: Mozz Cheese sticks
D: Swiss cheese spread on thin sliced bread
S: 5 Kraft caramels
(and after typing all this, I realize that I need another shake - wow what a crappy eating day!)
Vites:
All in (Vitalady plan) except for night dose, but that will be done in about 30 min.
Exercites:
got called to work for a last minute meeting this afternoon....so all I got was a 10 min slow walk with the dog. She's a beagle and has to stop to smell EVERYTHING.
As soon as I hit submit, I gotta get my bacon in the oven and eggs to boiling so I can have my regular breakfast tomorrow!

Hi Gina and everyone. I get my G-tube out today and my sutures. YEAH! 14 days post-op and doing pretty well. Having trouble drinking protein shakes but making sure I get protein in.
B- Scrambled egg with cheese
S- 1/2 protein shake
L- Tomato soup with 2 tablespoons peanut butter added
S-Some Oikos Greek yogurt
D- 1/2 deviled egg and some shepards pie
Vites were in. Fluids were on track.
