My lowest weight was 156 (for like a minute). I gained 20+ pounds so getting back down to 160 is important to me.

You'll get out of the 170!!!  I know you will!  How tall are you?

5-7. This is the weight I stopped at after my RNY. I'm just greedy. I really appreciate your post on how we see ourselves.

Greedy...lol. I think that is me too. I want more more more. If I'm 160, I want 150 and so on. I'm trying to find a place where I'm just satisfied with my weight. I'm 5'5" and could maintain 170ish pounds without low carbing, but I want to be 160 so I will need to lower carb it a little to maintain that. Once I get there I'll just have to figure out how many carbs I can eat and still maintain.

That's a good way to say it.....being satisfied. I'm not, but, as Gina knows with all my whining, I don't think I'm going to settle much lower.

     I completely understand how frustrating stalling out can be, but don't count yourself out quite yet.  I"ve had a couple of people tell me that they stalled for up to 5 months, then boom, they started losing a couple of pounds a week again.
   I'm hoping we will both get to experience this for ourselves very soon.

BITES (9 months out, plateau)
B- Double protein coffee  (56 grams protein)
L - Miso soup, Fage full fat yogurt  (20 grams protein)
S - Banana RTD shake (25 grams protein)
D (planned)  - 3 oz bacon wrapped sirloin, slice Julian bread w/ melted swiss, beef broth with caramelized onions.  ( 60 grams protein)
Bedtime - another regular protein shake (25 grams protein)

Aiming for 200 protein, 60 net carbs.
Having a tiny tummy day, so not sure if I'll get this all in.   Miso soup gave me a rumbley tummy.

VITES: on track

FLUIDS: good

Hi Y'all,

I was very bad yesterday and too ashamed to tell you what I ate (carbs, carbs and carbs and no protein and no excersice).  I did pay for it last night with the excessive gas and will try to remember that I don't want that agian too soon.   Did much better today:

BITES:
B - Protein Coffee (30g)
S - Protein Coffee (30g)
L - Tuna w/ mayo,  whole wheat bread ( 28 gP & 13 Carbs)
S - Chesse stick
S - Fuzy Navel Nectar Shake (30gP)
D - Beef in stewed tomatoes, onions, bell peppers (21 gP & __ Carbs)

VITES:  AM Multi: done
              Mid AM Calcium: done
              Mid Afternoon Multi:  forgot
              Evening Calcium:  OK now

EXERCITES: None - went to Dr's support group.  A good meeting.

WATER:  80 oz.
