Went clothes shopping today. What an experience. I've never tried on so many things. Had to get a new lab coat...the 3X size was a little too big. First time in my life I got a woman's coat instead of men's or unisex........ size 14.
B: bacon, double protein shake
S: 2 olives, Swiss cheese, 1/2 deviled egg
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey, Swiss and avacado. 5 grape tomatoes, CS fudge bar
S: Gina's pumpkin latte. (yummy)
D: steak, 1/2 small sweet potato with a lot of butter
S: plan decaf double protein shake

B - 1/2 of an egg meat & cheese omlet with sausage, ham a ste *** and swiss cheese
L - 1.5 scoop pumpkin protein drink
S - the other 1/2 of the egg, meat and cheese omlet
S - air popped popcorn with butter
D - Swiss cheeseburger (no bun), 3/4 C of oven roasted potatoes.

I noticed yesterday that as I have been cutting back on the carbs that I'm not craving them quite as much especially at night when I tend to hunt for chocolate or something sweet in my baking closet. And yes, I have a closet dedicated solely to all things baking because a cabinet just cannot contain it all! .
I lost about 12 pounds pretty quickly when I went back to DS basics. It's been a few weeks now. Didn't lose a single ounce last week, but I wasn't terribly surprised by that though I was a little dissapointed. Looks like my body is getting back into losing mode again which I am very happy about.
Here's to another low carb DS day and Pumpkin protein drinks! *slurp*
