Baseline Labs

I am seeing my PCP on Monday.  I ordered the lab tracker book and want to get all baseline labs done so I have a starting point.  I can't find baselines listed in here, just the ones that you start with at 3 months out.  Is there a difference in what you should get right away?  Here is what I have:
85025 CBC w/differential
80053 Comprehensive metabolic profile
84134 Transthyretin
83540 Iron Profile
82728 Ferritin
82306 Vitamin D, 25-hydroxy
84425 Vitamin B1, whole blood
84207 Vitamin B6, plasma
82747 Folate, RBC
82607 Vitamin B12
83970 Parathyroid Horomone (PTH), Intact
83921 Methylmalonic Acid, Serum

I also want to see if he will order a DEXA scan.
My surgeons letter sent a letter to give to PCP saying that they need the following for the Pre-op clearance:
Hgb & CBC with platelets
UA with micro
INR Coags
Electrolytes

All this is like reading Greek to me.  If anyone has anything else to add it would be much appreciated!
Also, does anyone know what these CPT codes means?  I know already that if they run anything as "obesity" related, my insurance won't cover it.  Hoping these ones are absorption related?  Or are there special ones for baselines?  Does ins even cover baselines?  Thank you in advance!

Listed on here for the 12 month ones has the ones I listed plus:
83735 Magnesium, Serum
84630 Zinc, RBC
84446 Vitamin A

So I'll add those to my list and also find some codes for E, K, selenium and copper.  Are those the actual names of the tests?  Thanks!

Since I have posted this I have added A, E, K, copper, selenium, osteocalcin, uric acid, partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin, zinc and potassium.
Plus the comprehensive metabolic profile and the lipids.

send me an email that reminds me what you're asking and I'll send you a lab list of what you might have drawn, the codes used to order them and MY OWN version of what "ideal" looks like.

It's a place to start. I can't copy it to here in a readable fashion, so my email is [email protected] unless someone has it formatted for here

P.S.  My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.

Email sent..thanks!  I have the list of labs form your site, but those are starting at 3 months out.  Anything different for baselines?
