D - really really beefy veggie soup w/oyster crackers
S - CarbSmart ice cream

Hi Gina and everyone,
Busy day. Beautiful, sunny chilly and very fallish.
Well, Gina, guess I spoke too soon....down 2 for a total of a whopping 3 in the last 4 weeks. At least it's down.

B: bacon (10), double protein shake (46)
S: Fage yogurt with blueberries and pecans (18)
L: Brok's pizza (4), CS fudge bar (2)
S: Adkins chocolate hazelnut bar ( was out and about and really hungry)
S: almonds (6)
D: cheeseburger on WW thin bun (14), homemade cranberry sauce
S: plan decaf double protein shake

Vites: all done. Fluids just fine.
Exercites: 20 minute walk.

Congratulations Gail! Wow! I am so jealous...... I am stuck, stuck, stuck....

So sad... WE were neck and neck but now I am behind...... only 74 down and holding....

Sweetie - I'm stuck right there with you.  I've been bouncing around in the same 6 pound range for almost 3 months.   Yesterday morning I was 182.6, today 186.  WTH?
But eventually we will start shedding pounds again - that's what everybody keeps telling me at least.

I was really surprised....and happy, but I want more. Guess I'm hard to satisfy. . This 3 pounds a month is for the birds....but it's only 11 to my goal.



Hang in there. I didn't see the scale move for more than 3 weeks this time.

Hiya Gina.

BITES:  DS loss phase / stalled
B - Double protein coffee shake made with diluted heavy cream (52 grams protein)
L - Two, count 'em two Burger King Double cheeseburgers & low carb ketchup (44 grams)
S - 1/2 cup 2% Fage with SF jello mixed in (12 grams)

Planned eating for the rest of the day, assuming I can force it all down.
(the ghost from my pre-DS life is rolling her eyes at me *****ing about having a hard time eating this.)
D -  homemade French onion soup, Julian bread swiss cheese toast to dip in said soup, & shrimp with ****tail sauce from low carb ketchup.   (assuming I get it all in, 68 grams)
S2 - Amber Lyn SF chocolate (???)
Before bed - another double protein shake (52 grams)
Total calories after DS math = 981 absorbed, 51 net carbs, 230 protein!!!

VITES: on track
EXERCITES: none yet, may ride recumbent bike tonight.

Sounds like a lot but maybe this is what you need to kick start your weight loss. Fingers crossed!

Gina -
   Just wondering - my common channel is 125 rather than 100.  So maybe that is why I'm a slow loser.   I seem to be losing like some of the revision ladies -Gail & Shirleen come to mind.  It seems like 3 of us started around the same weight & time and are all struggling with stalls/super slow weight loss/ stall patterns.

   I know you were a light weight, but how long was your common channel made?

   Thanks for the encouragement!   I really do appreciate it.

Mine is 100cm...seems to be Dr E's standard. Just keep pushing the protein and keeping the carbs around 50 and let's jus****ch for a bit. I'm hoping you'll start losing again and soon.
