OT - Responding Well to Treatment
My PET scan yesterday showed minimal to residual cancer so I only have to do 4 more months of chemo!!! Mwahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I came across a theory on the role of angiogenesis in tumor formation & maintenance that I thought some others might also find interesting. I'm incorporating a lot of veggies & fruits that have high anti-cancer properties. I've always liked a holistic approach to health that incorporates both traditional & alternative medicines. I'm also taking a few extra supplements based on this theory. There's a lot of research to support it & several cancer drugs that are also currently used in treatment that isolated some of these properties - it's not junk science :) I'll stop talking about it now, I just wanted to put it out there for others who might be interested in reading more on it.
