Stop Loosing
Hey girlie! Good to see you posting again! :-)
I had my surgery 11/17/10 - few days before yours - and I"m still losing although I plateau for a month and then drop 2-4 more lbs. I see a little more play in the scale now, whereas before, I hit a weight and stayed there. Didn't even move a 10th of a pound! Now I will go up and down 2 lbs before I finally lose and stay there.
I started at 251 and am now and 144. I still can't believe it!

im not there yet but what i always see on the board is "hows your carb intake?" i would say if its not below 50 then you should work on that and upping your protein is always another one:)
I hope you are just in a weird stall and will start losing again!

I am not quite as far out as you, but I'm really glad you asked that question. From what I have read, heard, and been told you can lose for up to the first two years out, so if you're hitting a plateau they recommended I increase my cardio exercise by 15 min or change something in my eating habits to get it moving again. Good luck, I know how frustrating it can be!
