Hair less oily?
I was switched almost a month ago. My hair was always on the oily side, if I did not wa**** every day it was a oily mess. Now I notice that I can skip 2 days and it still looks dry, not oily at all..........has anyone else noticed this? I wonder if it will stay this way or if it's a phase that I am going through. Maybe the weather is having something to do with it, it has been cool and dry..........

There was a similar thread to this awhile ago. Sorry I can not locate it, but from what I gathered in the previous thread this is not uncommon.
Remember our body does not absorb as much fat as it used to (approx 80% less) which is part of the reason why we can not take supplements unless they are in a dry form. Less fat absorbed by us means less oil produced on our hair and skin.

My oily hair and skin went away in the beginning but its back now at almost a year out. LOL I was loving it! No more breakouts, I could go days without washing my hair. You will slowly add more fat back into your diet and things return to normal. I think its the initial malabsorption of nutrients that dry you up.
