It would take me all day, but I'll list my favorite things and I'd recommend looking them up online to get proper form and technique.  If you've never worked out, I'd strongly recommend paying for a trainer to show you a work out just for a couple of sessions so that you learn how to do exercises properly without hurting yourself.

Bicep curl
chest press
leg extension

Have you already had your surgery? If you are newly post-op make sure you wait until you are cleared by your surgeon. Mine was 4 months post-op before any heavy exercise. Since I had never been in a gym in my life, I hired a personal trainer (got a suggestion from a gym-rat friend of mine). I had a good discussion with the training before we started and it was awesome. He really taught me alot about working out. Did cardio (walking on the treadmill and elliptical) and then weight training. I would average 15-20 minutes of cardio and then a 30-45 minute weight training program 3 times a week -- allover training. Mostly machines and free weights.
