Liver enzyme experts needed

This lady needs help, and a fellow Arkansan is suggesting that consuming a mere 20 grams of protein daily will bring liver enzyme levels down. She is an RNYer.

This sounds counterintuitive and like a set up for major health problems. I know that one of the vets can help.

Thanks,
Kristen

I don't think you read it right.

She is suggesting she take however much she is eating, subtract 20, and each that much.

Whether or not it will work...I have no opinion on the matter.

And it doesn't matter, because the patient has already posted that her enzymes are back to normal, so it probably was an acute illness.

That is what happens when one posts after midnight.
Thanks for straightening me out.
