One year...
Can't believe it's been a year already. I would have never thought one year ago I would be down 168 pounds today. The DS is amazing.
- I have gone from a 26/28 pants and 3X top to a 12 pants and L top.
- I lost a shoe size
- I wear 3 inch heels!! (Which is really big for me)
- I met a wonderful man
Those of some of the big things... I could go on and on with wonderful little wows.
I saw Dr. G for my one year check up yesterday and he said all my labs are perfect. I have had no issues at all to date... well except for stinky poo. I think I have hit my first stall. I have been up and down the same 4 lbs for a month, but I am really happy with my weight loss so I won't complain.
