hubs took me out for my birthday dinner.  i was good.  well, at least at dinner i was good.  heehee 

double protein coffee
hard boiled egg
4 slices of taylor's ham
1 sl rye toast w/butter
turkey/mayo/roasted pepper in 1/2 a pumpernickel wrap
handful of potato sticks
swig of the real deal coke (sugar and all bubbles)
big soft sugar cookie
double protein coffee
handful of nuts
longhorn steakhouse for dinner:
insides of fire cracker chicken wraps
1/4 loaded baked potato
fried shrimp
double protein decaf coffee

vites:  all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids:  90+ oz by bedtime

Woo boy. I feel great today! I could eat, and eat I did!

B - Champion Protein shake - 1.5 scoops
S - 2 servings cocoa roasted almonds
L - 4oz beef tenderloin
S - 6 slices salami, 4 slices provolone
S - 1 serving cocoa roasted almonds
S - Labrada Rockin Roll bar
D - 4oz beef tenderloin

Wow, I feel better.

Protein - 153
Fiber - 18

Vites - all done and a few extra, just for good measure from the last couple days
Exercites - 2 dog walks, and a little ball throwing. She got a haircut today and that exhausts her.
