News flash.  Not every DSer who posts on this forum gives accurate information.  I know.  You have just dropped your jaw, or spit your no carb meal at your computer screen or fallen down completely.  I hated to break the news to you.  But hell.  Somebody has to do it.  Right?

If someone says something that sounds a bit strange or contradictory to other thing you've read question it!!!    Just sayin'.

And PLEASE don't ever go by anything I've said without verifying it with other sources.

Here's the newbie thread: www.obesityhelp.com/forums/ds/4280788/Repost-Request-Advice- for-Pre-Ops-with-Links/

I haven't been here much lately but after seeing this post it made me search recent posts. I agree sometimes you just have to set the record straight!

I think people mean well but meaning well and being wrong can hurt people.  Especially when you hold yourself out to be an expert or an expert in training.
