Thanks Hon, it sure sucks. I'm hoping my pcp will write me a rx for some pain relief so I can at least get some uninterrupted sleep, then I'll get my appetite back.

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

 Okay...I'll play...I don't post often but I like to every once in awhile to show my side of DS eating and maintaining at 3.7 years out.

Breakfast~ coffee....30 minutes later a double scoop protein shake made with coffee and half & half.

Lunch~ double cheeseburger and a medium fry...picked away most of the bun and ate 3/4 of the fries.

Snack~ Few potato chips with heavy french onion dip...maybe 10 chips.

Dinner~ 3 fried eggs in bacon grease and fried ham steak

Snack~ 2 coors light

Sanck~ double scoop protein shake with coffee and half & half

Most excellent, Renee.   I did some research and found that Coors Lite only has 5.1 carbs per serving. Hmm...never knew it was low carb.
