MMMM Rutabaga! What's cha gonna do with that rutabaga? I cooked a pot roast and replaced the potatoes with the rutabaga. DH kept saying "what's the matter with these potatoes?" LOL

Since I'm the only one that eats it, I was thinking of cubing it and boiling it w/bacon grease and a touch of Truvia for some sweet. Maybe mashing some and keeping some cubed but freezing it in small serving size containers.

Hello all. I got a late start today so I haven't had much.
B - Double protein shake (57 grams)
L - Chocolate Pro Smoothie shake (50 grams)
D - Going for sashami & sushi in a couple of hours. I'll have an appetite by then for sure.
S tonight - will have some Fage with SF cheesecake pudding mix.

Vites - forgot morning, afternoon done, others on track. Will pop a Proferrin at bedtime to compensate.
Exercites - did some housework and brought multiple big bags of clothes to Goodwill. I'm having a hard time believing that I don't need to keep all of my size 16 and up clothes even though I am in 14's and 12's these days.

Busy day and nice Bites with good protein numbers. 

Nope, you won't need those larger sizes any more if you stay on track for the long haul. This DS journey is an amazing thing.

hubs took me to a b&b for our anniversary last night.  today we met friends for margaritas and kickin' mexican food.  ole.

double protein coffee
2 sl thick cut bacon
3  bites of oven french toast (b'fast at the b&b)
scrambled egg w/ roasted pepper
1 slice taylors ham
1 sl raisin toast
double protein coffee
potato chips
2 hershey kisses
1/2 pork tamale
queso/salsa/chips
shredded chicken
1/2 beef enchilada
cherry cheesecake
double protein coffee

vites: all on schedule
fluids:  90+ oz by bedtime

thx gail.  i have to tell you, i am hooked on your turkey/avocado sandwich.  i found these pumpernickel wraps that are real low carb.  they are huge so i only use 1/2 of one to make my sandwich.  turkey, mayo, avocado and sometimes roasted red pepper.......can you say "yummmmmmm"
