OU won big, it's chilly and raining and I had a nap...all is well with the world.
B: bacon, double protein shake
S: deviled egg
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey and Swiss , 5 grape tomatoes, few slices of avacado, CS fudge bar
S: about 1/4 c of double protein shake...couldn't drink any more
D: ham steak, homemade cranberry sauce
S: plan shake or coffee
Vites all done. Fluids: more then 100.
Exercites: square dance tonight.

B- 2 scoop egg protein shake-50g
L-2 scoop egg protein shake-50g
S-WW slice of tst. with peanut butter
S-mix of dark chocolate, pretzels crumbs, peanuts-3oz
D-2 scoop egg protein shake-50g
S-Fried egg w/one slice of bread and mustard
all vits. with this restriction it takes a very long time to do this but hey time is on my side now.
I will be back to pop and go very soon.
EXERCITES-no way-but the time will come and I will be so ready, Three years is a long time.
Water-120oz of water. Need to flush this system, will be adding my dec. tea next month.
