My first 20 pounds.........

It's been 2 1/2 weeks since my surgery. I weighed today and am down 20 pounds! WOW I remember what it took to loose 20 pounds before..........wait, I guess that I really did not eat much but it was so much easier. I doubt that I will loose 20 pounds every 17 days but it's a great start. Very happy so far......

Excellent start on your DS journey.
You probably won't lose like you will the first month - I think I lost 25 of my thus far 80 pounds - but you WILL lose. Be sure to take lots of photos so you can share with others seeking the DS!

That is a great start.. it will keep getting wilder... so hang on tight .. afterall, when was the last time you lost this amount in 2 1/2 weeks and kept it off ?

Great news!  It's got to be exciting to see that kind of result already.  It's nice to have a tool that does most of the work, eh?  I hope the rest of your recovery goes smoothly.
