Hi Gina and everyone,
Still rainy and cold out east? Sunny and beautiful here.
Saw my PCP today for another minor issue and got my flu shot and a referral for a plastics consult for my hernia and TT. Then off to volleyball. Another busy day for this retired person.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: deviled egg, salami
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey and Swiss, avacado, tomato, CS fudge bar
S: pumpkin spice almonds
S: double protein shake
D: chilli, about 2 T rice
S: chilli. (I was still hungry)

Vites and fluids done.
Exercites: 20 min walk. May have to get a stocking cap to cover my ears.

It's supposed to be gorgeous the next couple of weeks and I can't wait to get the MGB out. It's been sitting in the garage far too much lately.

Lovely Bites. A stocking cap, huh? IKWYM...bought more long johns and took inventory of my coats and gloves over the weekend. I have to walk more!

Got a pair of sweat pants for $5.....size L!!!....and a stocking cap at Walmart. When we lived in North Dakota, I put silk thermal underwear on in September and took them off in May. (of course, showered, changed, etc.). LOL

Hi everyone!  Quick pop in posting :)  Yesterday was a crazy day, I was out and about all day long pretty much...

B- protein coffee
S- 2 doughnut holes
L- 8 Chick Fil A nuggets, 3 fries
S- leftover steak (about 4oz) and a few bites of SUPER loaded baked potato 
D- 5 Wendy's nuggets
S- 3/4 of an order of "chicken balls" with chipotle mayo (these are like popcorn chicken, but more meat than breading, and big ole bites of fresh chicken breast.  A full order is about 40 of these things, I was HUNGRY!)
S- small cup of OJ to take my bedtime vites (trying to get over a nasty cold)

Fluids- about 160oz (had to pre and rehydrate for fire class)
Vites- all in
Exercise- 3 hours of crazy manual labor wearing 60lbs of fire gear on breathing apparatus.  Climbing 250ft ladders, 35ft ladders,carrying said ladders, running the obstacle course maze, smoke house ops, packing hose, running stairs (5 flights of them, about 6 times, carrying 100lbs of hose).  B.E.A.T but so much fun!

 Hi Gail!  They did, yes!  After about 2 weeks of the mega dose B1, I was pretty much symptom free.  Thank God!  And thanks for asking :)
