I buy the theater butter Pop-Secret snack size microwave bags. The more butter, the better. I can eat the larger bag but I try to maintain some control.

Oh, and I didn't eat popcorn until I was at goal. None the first year.

Hi Gina and everyone,
Just got on from the football game and had an enjoyable evening......really helps when your team wins big.

B: double protein shake, bacon
S: salami and Swiss cheese
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey and Swiss, tomato, avacado, CS fudge bar
Rest of the day including the stadium:
Mini bag of popcorn with extra butter (I was angry and upset)
Double protein shake
Adkins bar
Almonds
Salami

Vites and fluids done.
Exercites: 25 min walk

Hope you had a good time, Gina.

Popcorn and the nap before leaving for the game really helped. I'm fine now. Just a small slip.

Better late than never. I really want to keep up with this.

B - 2oz sausage scrambled into 2 eggs and 1/4 cheddar
L - 3 smoked sausage (I'm not counting anything in these, because they eventually came back up. I waited, and waited, and even took a nap - sometimes sleeping helps my food pass.....and still 4 hours later they came back up)
D - BK double cheese, NO bun, 1/2 order small onion rings
S- 3 crunch tacos

S - out with friends, 4 beers

Vites - done
Exercites - 2 dog walks and a nap (LOL)

Cals - 1972
Carbs - 75
Fat - 99
Protein - 89 (I would have been closer to 120 if not for the stupid sausage)
Fiber - 5

4 beers and that's all the carbs? Dang! My hard cider has 23g of carbs. :(

You scared me, thinking maybe Sparkpeople was lying to me. LOL I went to another website, and it says 6.6g of carbs for a 12oz serving. I also saw that Bud Select only has 3.1g carbs per bottle. I should switch to that.

So yeah, I had 1 carb in the sausage, 9 for the onion rings, 39 from the tacos and 26 from the beers. Shew! Wiping forehead.
