Bum grenade

Ok I must be the only person on this planet that takes her iron tablets then gets vicious diarrhea a few hours later.  How can I get runs on iron?  Seriously I should be she of the granite arse after taking 16 tender irons a day.

Anyone else getting this nonsense?

My mom has the same reaction to any oral iron. She apparently has an intolerance to man-made forms of iron.

Me? I poop green bricks with just one iron pill LOL.

SNAP! Maybe that is what I have.  It is like a tar barrel exploded out my bum.

 I don't know about the diarrhea, but do you really take 16 tender irons a day (the ones from Vitalady)?  Do you take them all in the morning or split them up?  I am only taking 5 but of course I haven't even had my 3-month labs drawn yet, so we'll see if that's even enough.

I take 8 at a time twice a day and my iron is high to normal.  I don't remember to take them every day so I reckon my happy amount is every other day.  They sure as **** seem to be working.

The normal ferrous sulfate iron does that to me, but the carbonyl that is in tender iron doesn't.  Just a thought, but I wonder if you were to switch to ferrous sulfate if you would have that issue?
