Another way too busy day but I have to find a routine because it looks like things will be this way until May
Bites:
B: Protein Shake
S: Popcorn
S: Cheddar and gouda cheese with 8 multi grain crackers
L: Checkers Double Cheesburger no bun
S: 1 Oatmeal cookie
D: Square of lasagna
Water: 9 cups
Vites: Done
Excercise: None

I hate to just drop in and go, I will try to be more active, Lord KNOWS I need the accountabliity.... I am however, doing much better at protein/food intake, excercise 3x a week (spin class woop!) and taking my vites a lot better than I was... Had a nice face to face with Michelle yesterday and wanted to drop in to say hi and be excited that I hit ONEDERLAND!! on 09/28 I am so excited!
