Hey Gina - Moving furniture is exhausting, and I'm not finished........ugh! What a vacation. I'm stressing over the 152 emails I've gotten in the last two days and haven't been able to read......oh well.

Here's today, on the move. I ate out two meals, but I could not modify the buns and such, so my carbs are definitely overstated some today.

B - 2oz country ham, 2 eggs scrambled w/ 1/2c cheddar
L - Sonic double cheese burger, 1/2 order onion rings (did not eat any of the bottom bun, only half of the top and about 3/4 of the meat and cheese) I put it in spark as 3/4 of the burger, but obviously, I only had 1/4 of the bun total.
D - Arbys Beef and Cheddar, order of potato cakes. Again, didn't eat any of the bottom bun, about 3/4 of the top, but all the meat and cheese. I just put it in full, so the carbs are again overstated.

I'm short on protein, plus I'm getting hungry, so I have deli ham, turkey and cheese in the fridge for munching in a few before bed.

Cals - 2835
Carbs - 133
Fat - 183
Protein - 97
Fiber - 8

Vites - all done.
Exercites - 2 dog walks and of course moving furniture all day. Back hurts!!!!

Totally understandable. Be sure you're taking time to get your fluids in.
