Heres' me, Gina. I'm so dreaming of the brisket you report eating. I will try to make one eventually. Maybe I'll grab some on takeout tomorrow, as I'm sure to be SWAMPED!!!!

B - 2 eggs scrambled w/ 1/4c cheddar, 1/2lb bacon
L - 3.5 boneless wings w/ small fries
D- 3oz cheddar, 2oz ham, 3oz turkey with 2 servings of Breton minis

Not too bad, considering eating out and such.

Fat - 143
Protein - 116
Fiber - 5

Vites - all done!!!
Exercites - 2 dog walks, lots of dog entertaining while cleaning out dressers, drawers, entertainment center and getting those ready to move out tomorrow......ugh - moving out and in of furniture tomorrow should prove to be fun and strenuous!

Hi Gina and everyone,
Have about decided I have some kind of mild virus....just not feeling too well in general with stomach "issues" for 3 days. Hopefully will feel better tomorrow,

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: few bites of egg salad
L: turkey and Swiss on 1/2 WW thin bun, avacado, tomato, CS fudge bar
S: small piece of Brok's pizza
D: fluids
S:: fluids or shake depending
