It's so hard to track what you eat when you are not the one actually preparing it!! Here's the best I can do, per Spark.

B - Eggs, cheese, bacon, smoked sausage, ham, tiny bit of hashbrown casserole
L - 2 crunchy beef tacos, refried beans, serving of tortilla chips
D - last bowl of chili (boo hoo)

I'm feeling like I might get a smite hungry later, so I have ham and cheese on standby.

Cals - 1601
Carbs - 125 (mostly from the chili and refried beans, but of course some from the tortillas/chips)
Fat - 81
Protein - 100 (think I need that ham and cheese for a little extra bump)
Fiber - 31

Vites - all done
Exercites - 3 dog walks, little obedience, lots of ball throwing, laundry and some light shopping

Carbs not so much a problem if they're mostly fiber and not sugar. I think you're doing a great job--nice exercise too.

Thanks! Of course, sugar shows up in sneaky things like bbq sauce, baked beans, etc. I do plan on having my ribs this week, so there will be sugars.....I try to keep the sweets to a bare minimum, though I do have some from time to time.

Chilli sounds so good! It's a standby around here in the winter.

I eat chili all the time. I don't care if it's 110 degrees outside. I just love it. When I'm home on a regular basis, I'll make it every 2-3 weeks. It's just so darn good!

Hi Gina and everyone,
Gina, after I posted yesterday I had a protein shake then later egg salad plus 30oz water. The episode in the afternoon lasted about 5 hrs....during which I could not put anything, not even water, in my stomach. Worst time I've had in months. Oh well...fine today.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: handful of mixed nuts
L: egg salad, Swiss cheese, CS fudge bar
S: double protein shake
D: roast beef, mashed potatoes, salad
S: ???

Vites all in. Fluids : more then 80 oz
Exercites: day off. Took a long nap.
