***Thursday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

HI GUys, another hungry day!!
B - low carb wrap with cheese, 6 strips bacon and chipotle ranch dressing, coffee with HC
S - some BBQ chicken chunks and an iced coffee
L - low carb wrap stuffed with turkey, cheese and peppers, cooked like a panini in a pan so it was a ll buttery and crispy, huge bottle of water
D - leftover chicken breast in mushroom sauce over 7 grain Orzo, glass white wine spritzer
S - sugar free jello parfait and whipped cream, cup of tea

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

L-inside of a Beef & Cheddar
S-Popcorn
S-Wendy's small cheeseburger 1/2 bun
S- Protein bar
D-half a grilled chicken breat, cheese, ranch dressing

Water: 11 cups

Vites: Done
