Lab feedback please?
I just received the results of my 9 month lab work. I realize a couple of things are missing, but I'd like some feedback. Last time, I couldn't figure out a good way to copy/paste the results, so I'm trying google docs this time. The first workbook has my history of lab results. My vitamin schedule for the past three months is under the "Vitamin Schedule 3" workbook. Currently, I don't regularly drink protein drinks, but I do get a minimum of 100 grams of protein a day from food.

I think I would increase the calcium citrate to at least 2,400mg a day and keep working on the D3. You might also take a magnesium citrate with every calcium dose and start taking vitamin K2.
Maybe take the zinc back down to 100 mg a day.
Protein looks good.
You might want to see how you do on a B-complex just 3 times a week and if the Bs get high like mine, 1 B-complex a week.
You might want to start using Morton's Lite Salt for the potassium if you aren't already on a medication.
You liver enzymes (AST/ALT)are very nice.
I would stop taking 200,000IUs of vitamin A and see how you do on 100,000IUs.
That's all I got. Good job!

So, should I do even more D3? I'm currently taking 100,000 IUs. How much more would you recommend?
I'm worried about only doing 100,000 IUs of Vitamin A since the last time I was on that amount, my labs dropped below the range. What seems problematic about my current level of A? Is it just high overall or does it's level affect other vitamins?
Thanks for the feedback!

No more D3, just keep with the 100K and test again in 3 months.
I would try taking a couple of the capsules of A in the middle of the night away from everything else. K and A don't seem to get along.
