I am 3 months out and I ordered most of my vitamins to be sublingual or chewable.  I can tolerate all of vitaladys tablets so i was wondering when I am out of my chewables what is the recommended tablet vitamins for Calcium, Vitamin-C, B-12, zinc, Multi vitamin and B-9 folic acid?

Thanks
Ruby

Calcium: any calcium citrate you want.  Vitalady has a capsule, but I generally just buy a generic citracal tablet at the grocery store or Sams.

Vitamin C:  Doesn't matter.  I tend to get one online that is 1000mg per capsule.

B-12: my favorite is still 5mg methylcobalamin.  Still a quick dissolve form.

multi: generic/whatever

Folic:  Do you need extra?  If so, I like the biotech capsules.  If not, a standard b-complex should keep you covered.

Thank you for the reply.  I am following vitalady's schedule and it includes both a B-complex and a b-9/folic acid.
